Check-in and checkout time of all hotels is 10:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
Best efforts will be made to provide accommodation in the mentioned hotels; otherwise, similar hotels will be provided.
Suggested itinerary coverage depends on weather conditions, traffic congestion, guest punctuality, etc.
Best efforts will be made to cover all the places.
Any extra person/child not included in the initial package will be charged extra. Children below 5 years are complimentary.
The rates are subject to change without prior notice due to an increase in fuel rates, tolls, entry tax, congestion tax, etc.
40% advance is required for confirmed bookings.
The balance amount must be settled at least 15 days before the tour starts.
We accept payments through cash and online bank transfers only.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In case of tour cancelled or postponed from organiser's end then full
advance amount will refund to the guest or will be adjusted with upcoming
trip.
In case of tour cancelled due to any natural hazard or calamities then
full amount will get refund.
In case of tour cancellations done by the guest's end then no advance
amount will be refunded, but in that case guest can adjust the advance
amount with any future trip with us.
In case of the above mentioned point 15 days prior notice is mandatory.
Puja Vacation, X-Mas & New Year Holidays bookings can be postponed
prior to 1 month.
On the above case no money will be refunded but can be adjusted with
future tour plans.
