Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrival in Guwahati, Assam

    • Morning: Arrive in Guwahati, Assam, and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy a light breakfast.
    • Late Morning: Visit Kamakhya Temple and Umananda Temple for a glimpse of Assam’s spiritual heritage.
    • Afternoon: Enjoy a traditional Assamese lunch, then explore the Assam State Museum to learn about the region’s culture.
    • Evening: Take a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River, followed by dinner at the hotel.
    • Overnight: Stay in Guwahati.

  • Day 2

    Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park

    • Morning: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its population of one-horned rhinoceroses (approximately 4-5 hours drive).

    • Afternoon: Arrive in Kaziranga and check in to your resort or lodge. After lunch, relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of the area.

    • Evening: Visit the Kaziranga Orchid Park to experience the local flora and enjoy a cultural performance showcasing traditional Assamese dances and music.

    • Overnight: Stay overnight at your Kaziranga accommodation, preparing for a thrilling day ahead in the park.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions:

  1. Accommodation: Comfortable stay in hotels or resorts during the trip.
  2. Transportation: Air-conditioned transport for travel within Assam (private vehicle or bus).
  3. Meals: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner (depending on the package).
  4. Sightseeing: Visits to major tourist attractions like Kaziranga National Park, tea estates, Brahmaputra River, and more.
  5. Entry Fees: Charges for entry into parks, museums, and other places of interest.
  6. Guide Services: Professional local guides to assist with sightseeing and cultural information.
  7. Cultural Experiences: Participation in traditional Assamese cultural events, dance performances, or local festivals (when applicable).
  8. Travel Insurance: Basic travel insurance covering unforeseen incidents during the trip.

Exclusions:

  1. Airfare: International or domestic flights to and from Assam.
  2. Personal Expenses: Expenses for personal items such as shopping, souvenirs, or optional activities.
  3. Meals Outside the Package: Any meals not specified in the itinerary or taken outside the arranged locations.
  4. Alcoholic Beverages: Drinks or other alcoholic items are generally not included.
  5. Tips & Gratuities: Tips for drivers, guides, and hotel staff.
  6. Optional Activities: Activities not listed in the itinerary, such as river cruises, safaris, etc.
  7. Medical Expenses: Any medical or emergency costs during the trip.
  8. Travel Visa: If required, the cost of a visa (for foreign travelers).

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Cancellation 30 days or more before departure:

    • Full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees or deposits (if applicable).

  2. Cancellation between 15-29 days before departure:

    • 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  3. Cancellation between 7-14 days before departure:

    • 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  4. Cancellation within 7 days before departure:

    • No refund will be provided.

  5. No-show or early departure:

    • No refund will be issued for a no-show or if the traveler departs earlier than the planned schedule.

  6. Force Majeure (Natural calamities, political unrest, or unforeseen events):

    • In case of force majeure situations, we may offer a partial or full refund, or the option to reschedule your trip depending on the circumstances and the travel provider’s policies.

  7. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval, depending on the mode of payment.
